The Grishaverse is a collection of YA fantasy books by Leigh Bardugo. There are 3 book series set in the Grishaverse (Shadow & Bone, Six of Crows, and King of Scars), which are each set in the same world and feature some of the same characters. In this world some people--Grisha--are able to do magic. Depending on what type of power they have, people can summon things, affect the human body, or affect metals and chemicals. Shadow & Bone is set in Ravka--a fictional country inspired by Russia--and follows Alina. Alina is a sun summoner who might just be able to dismantle the shadow fold--a realm of complete darkness which is crawling with monsters. Six of Crows follows a gang of criminals from Keterdam--a city inspired by Amsterdam with bits of New York and LA thrown in. They are attempting a dangerous hesit to steal the secrect behind a magic-enhancing drug. King of Scars follows Nikolai, the king of Ravka, as he tries to undo a dark curse. (I know I'm not being too descriptive, but I want people to try these books for themselves! ESPECIALLY Six of Crows!).

P.S. The books don't need to be read in order, but begining with Shadow and Bone can help with understanding the worldbuilding.
